7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.2 At the Member's Own Request

Any member may close their account by contacting the support team. Before closing the account, all pending bonus requirements must be met and any available balance must be withdrawn.

11. Limitation of Liability
